KARMA REINVENTIONS - PERFORMANCE/DEPOSIT AND AGREEMENT
ISSABELLE "SAGE" BLECHER hereby enters agreement with Anthony R. Trujillo (Artist Manager - IndulgEnt Artists) for the headlining performance of:
TheeO (Otherwise known as Jacob Ofilias) One and a half hour performance to begin no earlier than 11:59 FEBRUARY 13TH 2026
UNDISCLOSED OUTDOOR LOCATION - Downtown Los Angeles
Marketing:
Thee-O (IndulgEnt.)
logo or image to appear on front of materials for all marketing to the public and event associated organizations.
Mr. Trujillo agrees to market the event to the best of his abilities across artist(s) channels via social media, texting and email data bases owned within his organization; to include targeted marketing across social media within the surrounding the dates and pertinent organizations associated with the event.
PREFERRED TECHNICAL RIDER:
2X (3X/4X PREFERRED) CDJ-3000 OR CDJ-2000NXS2 AND XDJ-1000 (Linked)
DJM900NXS2 or DMM-V10 OO QUALITY AND WORKING CONDITION
Access to mixer previous to set time for recording device installation.
Sound system to include ear level monitors and overhead lighting above mixer.
Fee & Payment
$600.00 USD Total
Half Deposit: $300.00 USD Due Upon Receipt
Final Payment $300.00USD Due Thursday February 13th 2026
Deposit is non-refundable.
Indulgent One/Artists reserves the right to cancel due to non payment.
Cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances such as medically documented illness or personal emergency shall be financially remedied by Jacob Ofilias. Forfieture of the entire booking fee ($600.00USD) if event is cancelled after final payment. All parties agree to claim no damages except in cases of on site physical injury at the event.
PAYMENT/DEPOSIT OF THIS INVOICE TO SERVE AS COMPLETION TO AGREEMENT.
